Nice people working in there english Spanish that'$ feels really good. Also you can have a discount with your phone number or ask 4 a card.

As soon as I enter, Boom spacious and clean, pretty welcoming, I went at a time where it was rush hour lots of traffic. Everyone was respectful and had no problems. I went in there found exactly what I was looking for pretty fast, work shoes. Had time to look for more stuff and found it relatively fast. Great cashier's as well. The whole staff looked and greeted with friendly smiles, not bad not bad. Over all 5/5 couldn't ask for anything more from them.

I just wanted to take the time to say how happy my husband and I were with our experience at the WSS located at 3101 w pico Blvd Los Angeles CA 90019 this afternoon. We had come into the store just after noon today and after a short time my husband found the perfect shoes and in his size which never happens!! Unfortunately just as we were heading to the check out the power went out. The staff were all so incredible and handled it amazingly. They had everyone come to the front and waited for a few minutes, unfortunately the power did not come back on and for safety they had to have all customers go outside. Though we were disappointed we understood and were prepared to put the shoes back. From the other side of the counter a young man and young woman got our attention as well as the other customers and offered to not just hold the shoes up front until the power was restored but a long with a few other employees they diligently began writing customer names on their selections and placing them in individual bags behind the counter. We then went outside to wait. Though the power was not able to be restored by the time we did have to go we were still very pleased that the shoes he had looked everywhere for and finally found are safely behind the counter will be waiting when the power is restored and the store is able to open. The employees are outstanding and their dedication to their jobs and to their customers satisfaction is something to be proud of and I felt the need to let it be known that they in my opinion went above and beyond in an extraordinary way when faced with a stressfully and unforseen situation. The young man I believe must be the manager even took the time to keep us updated himself as we waited. From the minute we walked in to when we did have to go we were met with friendly knowledgeable and very helpful employees and very much looking forward to returning to purchase the shoes my husband had chosen today and look forward to continuing to chose WSS f
